Aline GRC Selected by inTEST

Business Intelligence International (BII), developers of the on-demand Aline(TM) Governance, Risk and Compliance plus Performance (GRC+P) platform, announced today that inTEST Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of automated test equipment used by some of the world's most important manufacturers of semiconductors, selected its Aline4SOX tool to automate the company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program.

Aline4SOX is an easy to use Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for Sarbanes-Oxley Sections 404 and 302, allowing companies to automate and streamline the SOX process while reducing their total cost of compliance. The product enables users to document and assess the design of controls, track the testing of their effectiveness and easily locate and remedy any deficiencies.

"SOX compliance boils down to producing quality testing that can be standardized, repeatable and transferable to both internal and external resources," Scott Uebele, inTEST's Director of Financial Compliance, said. "We have seen many tools, but none have provided those benefits in the cost- efficient way that Aline4SOX can."

Uebele said Aline4SOX will allow inTEST to track all of its compliance tasks through one centralized, virtual space allowing its limited compliance staff "to streamline its testing across multiple entities while still producing high quality work papers at a reduced cost." He said for a company with inTEST's global reach, Aline4SOX greatly minimized the distance between controllers while still reducing cost.
